📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of data centre infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants to deliver world-class data centre solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to mitigate them proactively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data centre project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and security systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus.
