📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide personalized care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor clients' well-being, ensuring their safety and comfort, and report any changes to the care team
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans for clients
- Assist with medication management, including administering medications as prescribed
- Promote a safe and clean environment for clients, ensuring that all personal care items are properly sanitized
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in healthcare
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure a seamless and supportive care experience
- Adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each client, providing compassionate and respectful care
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting
- Certification as a Healthcare Assistant (SKA) or equivalent, preferably from a recognized institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to and from work locations
