📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee the benefits and compensation programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to ensure alignment between HR practices and business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
