PT Indah Galih is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for quality and service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Maintain and improve the restaurant's reputation for quality and service through regular customer feedback and quality control measures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including cost control and revenue generation.,Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
