📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and execution.,Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and value for money.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Manage a team of purchasing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with a track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract management, and negotiation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Proficiency in using purchasing software and systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven leadership and team management skills.
