📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write and edit user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content,Ensure technical accuracy and readability of all documentation,Update and revise existing documentation as needed,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure documentation accuracy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written communication skills in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, etc.),Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Experience with API documentation is a plus
