As an APAC Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of product development, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our immunoassay products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You'll use tools like Jira and Confluence to streamline processes, and work with industry-leading software such as SAP and Salesforce to manage data and customer interactions effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the product lifecycle management for immunoassay products, from conception to market launch.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure product specifications align with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations, such as ISO and FDA guidelines.
• Monitor product performance in the market and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Roche at industry conferences and networking events to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in managing product lifecycles and driving innovation in complex products.
• Strong understanding of immunoassay technologies and their applications in clinical diagnostics.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
