As a Business Process Analyst - Purchasing, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our purchasing processes, ensuring that we source materials and services in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. You will work closely with our procurement team to identify areas for improvement, implement process changes, and monitor the impact of these changes.

In this role, you will use your analytical skills to gather and analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for process improvement. You will also be responsible for communicating these recommendations to stakeholders, and working with cross-functional teams to implement process changes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and improve purchasing processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient sourcing.
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for process improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor the impact of these changes.
• Use SAP and Excel to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Communicate recommendations to stakeholders and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for process enhancement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and sourcing.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of process documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business process analysis or procurement role.
• Proven experience with SAP and Excel, including data analysis and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
