As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Jiwa Group, you'll work closely with HR and leadership to develop and refine compensation strategies, ensuring our employees are rewarded fairly and competitively. You'll use tools like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to manage our compensation data, and you'll stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. With your expertise, you'll help us attract and retain top talent, fostering a positive and motivated workforce.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Manage compensation data using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR
- Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to compensation programs
- Develop and maintain employee benefits packages
- Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation-related matters
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure alignment between compensation strategies and business goals
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a fast-growing industry
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
