You will be responsible for assisting the Barista in preparing and serving coffee, as well as handling cashier duties.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Barista in preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.
  • Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions and managing cash.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school education.
  • Previous experience in coffee shops or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
