PT Tani Astrid is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Cilacap. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for driving excellence in logistics and operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support in the development and implementation of training programs for drivers and other fleet personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing fleet operations.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
