📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement of goods and services for the company.,Maintain and update purchasing records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Provide support to the Purchasing Manager in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for supplier visits.
