📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct on-site experiments and provide technical support to customers using Bruker's NMR and X-ray diffraction systems.
• Analyze and interpret data to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Develop and implement advanced scientific solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with the Advanced Scientific Solutions team to drive innovation and improve our products and services.
• Provide training and technical guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our instruments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in scientific instrumentation and apply this knowledge to enhance our solutions.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with peers and promote our products.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in scientific research or instrumentation.
• Proven experience in working with NMR and X-ray diffraction systems, preferably with Bruker equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data analysis software such as TopSpin, XSTREAM, and EVA, as well as laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Certification in safety protocols and compliance with industry standards, such as ISO 9001 and GMP.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required by the role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
