📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and stakeholders.,Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and salaries.,Oversee the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial records.,Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
