Agung Fajar Fashion is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficient. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with mechanics and service providers as needed.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to drive a manual and automatic vehicle is an advantage.
