You will also collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards, and you will work closely with fund managers to provide financial insights and support their investment decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounting processes for a diverse portfolio of funds, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, using industry-standard tools such as QuickBooks, Oracle Hyperion, and Bloomberg Terminal.
• Collaborate with fund managers, auditors, and other stakeholders to provide accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards, and work closely with auditors to address any issues or discrepancies.
• Provide financial insights and support to fund managers to help them make informed investment decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fund accounting, and implement improvements to processes and systems as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in fund accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in fund accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in industry-standard accounting software, including QuickBooks, Oracle Hyperion, and Bloomberg Terminal.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards, and experience with audits and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop accounting professionals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
