📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
