📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for biotech products.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Monitor and maintain production equipment and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or biotech environment.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software such as LabVIEW, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in biotech manufacturing or quality control is a plus.
