Nest One Unggul is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting processes and providing financial support to the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.,Conduct financial audits and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Lead and mentor junior accountants in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
