📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage food processing equipment,Ensure the smooth operation of machines and maintain high production standards,Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement,Train and supervise junior machine operators,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets,Conduct regular quality checks on processed food

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Machine Operator in the food processing industry,Knowledge of food processing equipment and techniques,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work shifts and weekends as required,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Willingness to undergo training and certification programs
