📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of licenses, permits, and other regulatory documents to relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations governing corporate activities.
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence on potential transactions and investments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel to address legal issues and provide strategic advice.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal matters and compliance activities.
• Represent the company in legal matters and negotiations, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal affairs, preferably in the licensing and capital market sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to corporate activities and capital markets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using legal software and databases, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and capital market practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
