📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, websites, and marketing materials from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
• Collaborate with the content team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Use translation management software such as memoQ, SDL Trados, or similar tools to manage and improve translation workflows.
• Conduct research to ensure translations are culturally sensitive and contextually accurate.
• Review and edit translations for clarity, coherence, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Provide feedback on translation quality and suggest improvements to processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in translation and localization.
• Assist in training new team members on translation tools and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in translation, preferably in a professional or technical context.
• Proficiency in using translation management software such as memoQ, SDL Trados, or similar tools.
• Strong research and analytical skills to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
