📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain accurate piping estimates for construction projects.
- Create detailed piping layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Calculate material quantities and prepare cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of piping estimates.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping estimation and construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of piping systems and materials.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
- Certification in piping estimation or construction management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
