📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and food costs.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant and ensure profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
