Lingkungan Indra Dental Clinic is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the clinic.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
