📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain a clean and organized office environment by performing regular cleaning tasks.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of office supplies and materials.,Support the office staff by handling incoming and outgoing mail and calls.,Organize and maintain office records and files.,Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and presentation materials.,Handle and dispose of waste materials in an environmentally friendly manner.,Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the office manager.,Ensure the office is ready for daily operations by setting up and breaking down equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using basic office software and equipment.,Familiarity with office cleaning and maintenance procedures.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
