🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering strategic initiatives.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices is a plus.
