XCEL Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Guard to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of facilities, equipment, and personnel.,Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide security support during events, special projects, or emergencies as required.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of security activities, incidents, and inspections.,Collaborate with other security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents.,Promote a culture of safety and security awareness among employees and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security guard roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment in previous roles.,Familiarity with security equipment, such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to act quickly and effectively in emergency situations.,Valid security guard certification or license (preferred but not mandatory).,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities as required.
