Lead and manage the supply chain team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, enhance efficiency, and drive cost savings.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the company.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into supply chain operations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Fluency in English is required.
