📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.,Assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repair, offering advice and recommendations based on their vehicle's condition.,Coordinate with the service department to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle maintenance activities.,Promote our brand and products to customers, both in-person and through various marketing channels.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best possible service to our customers.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to service.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or automotive industry, preferably in a service advisor role.,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.,Proficiency in using computer software and other relevant tools for customer and vehicle management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the Xpeng brand and products is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
