📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement health education programs tailored to the needs of local communities.
• Conduct health screenings and workshops to promote healthy behaviors and prevent disease.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of health promotion initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with local health workers, schools, and community leaders to deliver impactful health initiatives.
• Utilize health promotion software such as CommCare and DHIS2 to track and analyze health data.
• Stay updated on the latest health promotion best practices and trends through continuous professional development.
• Report on program outcomes and impact to stakeholders, including donors and government agencies.
• Foster a culture of health and wellness within the communities we serve.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related health field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health promotion or community health nursing.
• Certification in health promotion or community health nursing (e.g., Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES)).
• Strong knowledge of health education principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse communities.
• Proficiency in using health promotion software such as CommCare and DHIS2.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
