📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and testing to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Document and report any quality issues or deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in food quality control.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP).
  • Proficient in using quality control instruments and equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
